ドイツ銀行及びバンカース・トラスト銀行に勤務し、東京およびニューヨークにて不動産投資銀行業務に携わる。２００１年５月日本GMACコマーシャル・モーゲージに入社し、マネージング・ディレクターとして現在アジアの融資、不稼動債権投資およびスペシャル・サービシング部門を統括する。GMACCHアジアのエグゼクティブ・コミッティ・メンバー。デューク大学出身。

Chol-Ho Kim, executive vice president, GMAC Commercial Mortgage Japan, K.K. Chol-Ho Kim is executive vice president of GMAC Commercial Mortgage Japan, K.K. (GMACCM Japan) and the head of the Investment and Origination group. Mr. Kim joined GMACCM Japan in May 2001 as managing director and is responsible for lending, distressed debt investment and special servicing businesses in Asia. In addition to his responsibilities as executive vice president, Mr. Kim is a member of the Executive Committee of GMACCM Japan. Prior to joining GMACCM Japan, Mr. Kim was with the real estate investment banking group of Deutsche Bank and Bankers Trust Company in New York and Tokyo. Mr. Kim received his undergraduate degree with distinction in Economics, Summa Cum Laude from Duke University.
